We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or expand our services at any time.

2. Eligibility

By engaging with DareWP, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your organization (if applicable).

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the engagement process.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Fees for services are outlined in your contract or invoice.

  • Payment Schedule: Payment is due according to the terms specified in the invoice.

  • Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Refunds: Refunds are offered only as outlined in your service agreement or as required by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to information, materials, and resources required for project completion.

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly.

  • Maintain backups of all data and content provided to DareWP.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of all content and data provided to DareWP.

  • Work Product: Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed assets (e.g., themes, plugins) will transfer to you, unless otherwise agreed.

  • DareWP Assets: Proprietary tools, code libraries, or templates developed by DareWP remain our property and are licensed for your use.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Protect each other’s confidential information.

  • Use such information only for the purposes of fulfilling the agreement.

  • Maintain confidentiality even after the termination of the agreement.

7. Limitations of Liability

DareWP is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from the use of our services.

  • Issues arising from third-party services or tools.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services within the past six months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • By Client: Upon providing written notice and settling any outstanding payments.

  • By DareWP: For breach of these Terms, failure to pay, or misuse of services.

Upon termination, all rights to deliverables and services provided by DareWP cease until full payment is made.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate third-party tools or platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • These tools are governed by their own terms and conditions.

  • DareWP is not responsible for third-party actions, updates, or outages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms

DareWP may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
